The brewery was established in 2020 by Akiko Kameoka, a native of the long-established “Chiyonokame Brewery”.
Based in the old Chiyonokame Sake Brewery built in 1716, the brewery produces the world’s first craft rum that can only be made in Ehime, using sugarcane grown in Shikokuchuo City as the main ingredient and a sake yeast developed by the prefecture.
Hekihara White Rhum has a mellow, fruity, elegant flavor, and is an excellent choice for people who have never had rum before.
