〜Kuramoto Yamada〜

Kuramoto Yamada is a small sake brewery located in Gifu Prefecture in central Japan.

Founded in 1868, it is currently run by the fifth generation of the brewery’s president.
The brewery continues to make sake in the traditional way, milling its own rice, which is rare for a sake brewery of this size.
The brewery continues to brew sake in its natural state without adjusting the temperature by heating or cooling the rice.

The current annual brewing volume is 300 koku (54,000 liters), which has been exported to the United States, Australia, and China.
We are also trying to develop overseas sales channels to Asian and European countries.
